JulieAnn is a licensed Master Esthetician in the state of Utah and is a certified Paramedical Technician and Permanent Cosmetic Specialist. She is also a Natural Health Care consultant, and therefore, is pleased to provide natural pigments for the skin, free of iron oxides.
